Servant Leadership, becoming a Mentor Manager: The Personal Goals Conversation

Servant Leadership, becoming a Mentor Manager: The Personal Goals Conversation

Becoming a Servant Leader is all about focusing on helping others achieve what is most important to them. This training will help stretch you to dig deeper beyond surface level responses, and give the other person space and encouragement to think of their “why” behind their goals. You may need to learn to get comfortable with silence, if you aren’t already. Bonus: learning how to go deeper applies in any situation you want to get a more meaningful “why”, for example working with customers on their goals, like why protecting their family is so important. Have someone you can practice with to prepare for live conversations with your team. This tool will provide you with all the questions, along with reminders, and space to fill in your notes. You can then print to PDF and download. There will also be a copy saved in your active account.
